About Us
OUR BEGINNINGS
Rehoboth Children's Home, Inc. (RCHI) started its operation in 1981 following a visit to the Philippines from the UK by Vernon and Connie Andrews. They established Rehoboth in partnership with Pastor and Mrs. Luzano, who were the first house parents. Since then, RCHI has provided residential care to children classified as orphaned, abandoned, neglected, and other children at risk in the community. Rehoboth Children’s Home is located in the town of Sta. Maria, in the municipality of Camiling, in the province of Tarlac.
RCHI is a non-stock, non-profit, non-government corporation duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as registered, licensed and accredited by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), the Local Government Unit (LGU) and Department of Interior Local Government (DILG).

To promote the wholesome development of Filipino disadvantaged children, youth, and families by providing appropriate services to become responsible and productive citizens.

A dynamic and sustainable Christian institution providing holistic services for the economic, social, and spiritual development of Filipino children and families.
THE REHOBOTH TEAM
Rehoboth Children's Home, Inc. has 10 staff and 1 full-time and 1 part-time volunteer who work tirelessly to support the needs of the young people at Rehoboth and manage the Home. They are led by Ms. Amelia L. Tuquero, who has been Executive Director of RCHI since 2004. RCHI is supported by a Board of Directors in the Philippines, the Rehoboth Children's Homes Trust in the United Kingdom, and a number of local and international Networks and Partners.
