Eco-Learning Farm Developments 2018 (Chicken Project)

The Department of Agriculture (DA) gave Rehoboth a shredder, hand tractor and seeds for the ELF. Tarlac Agricultural University (CVM) partnered with us and donated 50 heads of chicken to start our new chicken project. We also were able to buy a small incubator and we started to hatch our own chicks and produce eggs (or use in the home and for sale). A multi-purpose room was also built above the ELC kitchen, a reception area begun in the ELF alongside organic vegetables, ornamental plants and fish production.
