Visit from US Ambassador and Washington D.C.

Selected Rehoboth staff and residents were chosen to travel to Washington D.C. for Peace Corps’ 50th Anniversary Celebration. They took part in the Smithsonian Festival where they showcased their skills in dancing the Tinikling, cooking Filipino food and teaching Filipino games. Prior to their travel, the US Ambassador to the Philippines at the time, Mr. Harry K. Thomas, Jr., visited RCHI.
